The City of Enderby is issuing a request for Expressions of Interest for the development of 607 Cliff Avenue, a vacant lot in a prime location on Enderby’s main street. This 0.065 acre lot came into the possession of the City following a tax sale. It is suitable for mixed commercial and residential development, and has community water and sanitary sewer connections to the property line. The asking price is $75,000, but this is subject to negotiation based on alignment with the community vision and innovation.
