Christmas Parade - December 4, 2026

Parade STARTS at 303 Regent Ave and ENDS at Visitor Centre

Check in at Parade Marshalling Area at 5pm

• Parade Marshalling Area: Baird Avenue
• Enter Baird Avenue Marshalling Area travelling south down Brickyard Road.
• All participants will be lined up along the north side of Baird Avenue facing east toward Woods Lane.
  • This means we won't be blocking both lanes, so participants can travel in the south lane to get to their assigned positions.
(*Some participants, ie. Fire Department will be directed to line up on the shoulder of Brickyard Road, just north of Baird Avenue)
• Please be conscious of driveways when given your spot in the parade cue.
• For walking groups: consider parking on Railway Street and walking the Rail Trail to the Baird Avenue Marshalling Area.

Parade starts at 6pm

Follow the Parade & Marshalling Area Map

• The parade route has been extended to match a true reversal of the Canada Day 2026 parade route to expand the spectator area.
• Should your float require a tear down area, there is room to line up on the side of Railway Street past the Visitor Centre.

**Parade participants are encouraged to hand out candy and connect with spectators along the parade route. Please do not throw candy, as the risk in the dark is too great.

***The Christmas Committee has organized for Mr. and Mrs. Claus to ride on a sleigh; please ensure that your float does not duplicate Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

What better way to wrap up an incredible summer of community events than with a totally rad night of music, dancing and '80s style?

Enderby & District Lions Club, signed on as the title sponsor of 80s Dance Party by the River without hesitation and helped blast Belvidere Park back to the MTV generation. The Lions Club continues to play an invaluable role in supporting our community, and they are looking for new volunteers to join their ranks and help make a difference.

Congratulations to Deryk and Shanyn, winners of the 80s Style Showdown, taking home the grand prize after going up against more than 25 contestants! Every participant looked amazing and many could have stepped straight out of the 1980s.

A huge thank you to the many volunteers who helped bring the event to life, from set design and traffic control to takedown. We also extend our appreciation to Event Coordinator Vallerie Byrne, Enderby & District Recreation Services and Public Works for their tremendous work behind the scenes.

Special thanks to Sunbelt Rentals, who generously volunteered to donate the event lighting simply because they wanted to support this free community celebration.

And with that, we officially wrap up a truly incredible summer of community events, record crowds and memory-making in Enderby.

Turn up the volume, press play and enjoy this highlight video from 80s Dance Party by the River!
