Would you like to see your artwork featured on the front desks of businesses and on the refrigerators of locals?
The City of Enderby is looking for interested artists to submit two seasonal designs for Mayor and Council’s Community Recognition Cards. This artwork will be featured on the front of 5″x7″ cards and used to welcome new businesses and recognize citizens for their community service.
The submissions should include appropriate content that reflects and compliments the character of Enderby, BC and the natural beauty of the surroundings. The submissions should be no larger than 8″x10″ and no smaller than 5″x7″.
The City is seeking two seasonal designs: one featuring Spring/Summer themes and another capturing the beauty of Winter in Enderby.
Preference will be given to local artists. A single artist may make more than one submission to each seasonal category. Each winning submission will receive a one-time payment of $200 for purchase of their design(s). If one artist has two winning submissions, they will be paid $200 per design.
The winning submissions will be for the exclusive use of the City for an unlimited term. The City may use the artwork for other purposes related to its functions and communications.
Closing Date:
Submissions will be accepted until 2 p.m. PST on Friday, January 16, 2026.
All submissions must include the following:
i. Artist Release Form; and
ii. Artwork that is no larger than 8″x10″ and no smaller than 5″x7″.

Submissions may also be emailed to info@cityofenderby.com with ‘Community Recognition Card Artwork’ noted in the subject line, until 2 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026.
*Winning designs may be modified by a graphic designer to ensure that the design is print-ready.
