The prohibition on Category 2 and Category 3 Open Burning within the City of Enderby and Shuswap River Fire Protection District are lifted effective immediately.

This is consistent with the approach of the Kamloops Fire Centre, which regulates those areas not protected by a fire department.
The prohibition on campfires was previously lifted effective September 29, 2025.
