Notice is hereby provided that Council of the City of Enderby intends to amend the City of Enderby 2024-2027 Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 1778, 2023. The following properties have received tax exemptions in the past, but due to a change in ownership, the bylaw needs to be amended to continue to provide the tax exemptions. The tax exemptions will be for the years 2026 and 2027 in accordance with Section 224 of the Community Charter.
Pursuant to Section 227, an estimate of the amount of taxes that would be imposed on the property if it were not exempt, for the year in which the proposed bylaw is to take affect, along with the year thereafter is provided for the public’s information.
