The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible to Council for the overall management of the operations of the municipality, ensuring that the policies, programs and direction of Council are implemented. The CAO also advises and informs Council on the operation and affairs of the municipality.
The CAO also serves as the Corporate Officer for the City of Enderby. The Corporate Officer is responsible for ensuring the preparation and safekeeping of records of the Council and related committees, administering oaths and taking affirmations and affidavits, certifying bylaws and other documents, accepting notices and documents on behalf of the municipality, and keeping the corporate seal. The Corporate Officer is also the designated Head for administering the Freedom of Information and Protection of Personal Privacy Act for the City of Enderby.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for financial administration of the municipality, which includes receiving all money paid to the municipality, ensuring the keeping of all funds and securities of the municipality, investing municipal funds in authorized investments, expending municipal money in the manner authorized by Council, ensuring that accurate records and full accounts of the financial affairs of the municipality are prepared, maintained and kept safe, and exercising control and supervision over all other financial affairs of the municipality.

In your online banking, search “Enderby” as a payee. There will be two options, one for taxes and one for utilities. Select the one you would like to pay.
Your account number for both is your jurisdiction and roll number combined, with no dots or spaces. The utility account number will have three extra digits. This number can be found on your utility bill and tax notice as shown below.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
The City’s pre-authorized payment plan provides property owners with a convenient way to pay property taxes and/or utility bills. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account based on the program you sign up for.
Property Taxes
There are two programs available for payments to your property tax account. The City will either:
- Withdraw 11 equal monthly payments calculated using the current years taxes plus 3%, with a final 12th payment on July 1st to pay off any remaining balance. The City will recalculate your monthly payment each year.
OR
- Withdraw 11 monthly payments (no payment on July 1st) in the amount of your choosing that will remain static each year.
Utilities
The balance owing on your utility account will be withdrawn from your account on each utility bill due date.
