While the Kamloops Fire Centre is lifting its ban on campfires, the City of Enderby and the Shuswap River Fire Protection District have evaluated local conditions and decided to extend the local campfire ban until noon on September 9, 2022.
The Kamloops Fire Centre has determined that a ban on Category 2 open burning and other equipment and activities will be effective at 12 noon on July 15, 2022.
