
Stage 1 of The City of Enderby’s Water Conservation and Drought Response Framework restricts water use from May 1st to October 1st of every year. This helps to decrease over-watering, water waste, and the related impact upon public infrastructure.
Remember, just because it is your day to water, that does not mean that you must water your lawn. Check first and only water if it’s needed.
Sprinkling is permitted for a maximum of 2 hours per day between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00am and 6:00pm and 9:00pm.
Properties with even numbered civic addresses may water on even numbered days. Properties with odd numbered civic addresses may water on odd numbered days.
Properties with automatic sprinkling systems may water between the hours of 12:00am and 6:00am on their assigned watering days.
Hand-watering on days other than your assigned watering day is permitted providing you use a hand-held container or hose with a shutoff device.
