<p>At the Regular Meeting of <em>Monday November 17, 2025 at 4:30 pm</em>, Enderby City Council will consider <em>City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 1807, 2025</em>.&nbsp; This bylaw is associated with a Rezoning application for the property legally described as <em>That Part of the SE1/4 of Sec 27, Lying East of the West Boundary of the City of Enderby as shown on Plan B1956, Twp 18, R9, W6M, KDYD, Except Plan KAP55286, EPP63512, and EPP65553</em>, and located at 1450 Johnston Avenue, Enderby BC.&nbsp; This bylaw proposes to rezone the subject property from the Residential Single Family (R.1) and Country Residential (C.R) zones to the Residential Single Family (R.1-A) zone. <strong>Pursuant to Sections 464 (3) and 467 of the <em>Local Government Act</em>, the City of Enderby is prohibited from holding a public hearing for this bylaw and is providing notice of its consideration and that written submissions will be accepted.</strong></p>

<p>The City of Enderby intends to adopt <em>"Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 1818, 2025"</em> which authorizes the borrowing of up to $4.1 million to finance a portion of the costs for upgrades to the water treatment plant that will be repaid over a period not to exceed thirty years.</p>

<p>In order to proceed with the adoption of the bylaw, the City is seeking elector approval through the Alternative Approval Process. </p>

<p>Council proposes to adopt Bylaw No. 1818 unless, by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday September 2, 2025, at least 10% of the electors in the City of Enderby sign an elector response form opposing the adoption of the bylaw unless Council holds a vote. <strong>If you are not opposed to the adoption of the bylaw, you need do nothing</strong>.</p>

<p><em><u>Front and Rear Yard Setback</u></em><em> - 6 m (19.68 feet) for single family dwellings except that the front and rear yard setbacks may be reduced to 4.5 m (14.76 feet) for single family dwellings on lots exceeding twenty percent (20%) average natural slope determined from the uppermost point on the lot to the lowest point on the lot.</em></p>

<p>This Bylaw proposes to amend the City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 to permit a detached secondary suite to be located on the second storey level of an accessory residential building for the property legally described as LOT 1 SECTION 27 TOWNSHIP 18 RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH MERIDIAN KAMLOOPS DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN KAP59880 EXCEPT PLAN KAP65977 and located at 123 Red Rock Crescent, Enderby BC.</p>

<p>At the Regular Meeting of <em>Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 4:30 pm</em>, Enderby City Council will consider <em>City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 1799, 2024</em>.  This bylaw is associated with a Zoning Text Amendment application for the property legally described as PARCEL B (DD 179916F) BLOCK 13 DISTRICT LOT 150 KAMLOOPS (FORMERLY OSOYOOS) DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN 211A, and located at 612 Cliff Avenue, Enderby BC.  This bylaw proposes to amend the City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 to increase the maximum permitted gross density for the subject property from 60 units per hectare (24.28 units per acre) to 79.79 units per hectare (32.29 units per acre), in order to increase the number of permitted residential dwelling units for the property from 2 to 3.  <strong>Pursuant to Sections 464 (3) and 467 of the <em>Local Government Act</em>, the City of Enderby is prohibited from holding a public hearing for this bylaw and is providing notice of its consideration and that written submissions will be accepted.</strong></p>
